Registration for meeting professionals will open on July 6, 2009 at 12 noon EST. Click here to be notified when registration opens.
Registration Process
The meeting professional application will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. You can save and come back later to finish it as often as you like. The process takes a bit longer than usual because you create your profile at the same time. It will be used later by the suppliers during the appointment selection process. So you only need to do this once! You will be asked for the following information:
- Your Contact Information, if you have registered before, than this information will pre-populate
- Past Meeting Information for ONE meeting
- Future Meeting Information for THREE meetings which could be booked in Florida and discussed with suppliers during your appointments
- Travel Preference Information

Registration Fee
The registration fee for meetings professionals is only $195. This fee includes airfare, transportation, accommodations and all scheduled meals and networking opportunities during the program. You will receive notification of your status as soon as it is reviewed by VISIT FLORIDA. Please allow five to ten business days. If you have been approved, details regarding travel preferences and appointment scheduling will be provided at a later date.
